Hit the Island Saturday morning. Bait was scarce but we managed a few perch, mullet, and shad. Never saw the sun and light rain most of the time. Weed got worse the further south we went. Worst low tide driving conditions I’ve ever seen. The first bar was washed out every couple hundred yards. Kept a line out long enough to catch this nice smack just past the turtle shack. |

| Beauty! I seen those wash-out one time, lots of them in the 2 wheel drive area. That weekend was a "No bite" weekend too! |
