Took a friend out from Canada who I met playing pickleball and stopped by my two minute honey hold to begin with. Was planning on heading over to nighthawk where I knew there was some cleaner water but I said what the hell I'm catching fish here. I was using a topwater with a tequila gold dropper. Water was ugly but it seemed to do the trick. Wound up with two reds and five keeper trout and four or five undersized trout.

| Went out today after watching the UConn Notre Dame women's basketball game and wound up with three more keeper trout and a red. The strange thing about it was that two of the trout and the one red was out of one little patch of grass over by my honey hole |
