Went out to my two minute honey hole after lunch today and water was ugly. Very stained. Fished there for about 30 minutes or so and never got a bite. Decided to drift on home and when I got close to the marina I got my first bite of the day. And what a bite it was. A 29-in fat girl. When she hit she came out of the water halfway shook and then dove down and did that a couple times. It was awesome fighting her. After landing her, about five casts later, I picked up a 19 and a half inch trout, that I released. That was it for the entire day. But that 29-in sure made it worthwhile.
