Talked to my neighbors early this evening and asked if the fishing was any better and they didn't do worth a darn again. Couple dink trout and a couple undersized reds. I was not going to go out but Mary decided to go to Jamfest with her friends so I decided to hit the water for a while. First several stops nothing not even a perch bite. Heading back in to side of one last stop up against the shoreline that I saw some splashing happening. Turns out I got four trout one was 18, 21, 22 and the one in a picture is 26. Also got the drum and a 22-in red. I was in water so shallow that didn't realize and when I went to leave my boat wouldn't move it was buried down in the sand. I try to use my push pull and it snapped in half I had to use so much pressure try to get me out. So I had to climb in the water and pull me into some deeper water and finally was able to crawl in the back of the boat. And at 77 years old that's not an easy thing to do. Anyway, got home safe and had a great time fishing.
