Went out about 10 and went to the area that caught all those nice fish the other day and, nada! Hit a few other areas and nothing but undersized trout and not many of them either. Fishing the last spot I was planning on fishing at, and just a couple under size trout. I said to myself okay I'm going to make one last cast into that sand spot and if nothing I'm heading out here. Bam, 25 inch trout that tail walked and shook her head all the way back to the boat. Continued on that drift for a little bit and two undersized trout. Couldn't finish the trip after catching that 1 25 in so I went back around moved a little further south and another 25 in. Finally I caught a fish that I can keep, lol, and take home for my son who needed some fish. Got this 27-in red. All fish were caught on either a top water or topwater with a dropper.

My son and I went out today to work on a duck blind. I picked up this nice 22 and 7/8 in trout along with another 19. My son got two reds just under 20.
