Went out mid-morning and first place I tried there were a gazillion boats. Drifted a little bit with my top water and a dropper and caught a 17-in trout on the top water. Released it. Then went and worked a gut I haven't worked in a long time and found some flounder. Went and put my power pole down and as it was going down the motor stopped and the power pole sank. Tried to pull it up and nothing happened. Finally had to put the anchor chain down on it let it sink to the bottom and try to pull it up nothing. I undid one of the hydraulic lines was able to get it up and tie it off. Picked up three flounder and kept one for dinner. Then there was a shrimp boat that was there, guys waving me down, so I went over and gave one of them a ride back to Bluff landing so he can get some help. Needless to say cut down on a lot of the fishing I wanted to do today. But all told not too bad. 1 17-in trout and three flounder everything released except one floundered I'm going to make some shrimp stuffing for for tonight.

Was that the boat that was parked at the old fish market off Shore rd?

Referred to often as the Filthy Whore? (takes your man and all of his money)

No, this one is parked here at the end of the Whiteley channel. They were in the channel leading from the icw to PITA and broke down.
