Went out mid morning today and when I get out on the water wind was blowing pretty hard. Fished between Pita and Tropic isles. Fished spoils, deeper water, drop offs. Got one 14-in trout, three or four lizard fish, two big 20 plus inch skipjack and one keeper, 7 spot red fish.

One Fish! Certainly better than Zero Fish! to show for your efforts. Props for fighting the stiff SE wind ahead of tomorrows front. But then again, I'd expect no less from Zia. Cool

When I was out doing yard work the front hit today. All of a sudden winds died a little bit and I just had the itch to get out in the boat. Went out just a little past my two minute honey hole and in the first drift picked up a 16 and a 17-in trout and two undersized. All of a sudden the winds hit like hell and I had to bounce my way back in. Good thing I was only about 3 to 4 minutes out
