| Drove down to around the 15 or 16 for the day. Fishing was incredibly slow. Water color was pretty good I saw more small stingrays today than on any other trip. Current was going south with quite a bit of baitfish in the water. Ended up finishing the day with one small whiting, one bluefish, and a black drum around 20-21 inches. Slow, but beats the previous trip of constantly catching hardheads. Not a single hardhead caught this trip, which is a win in my book. |

Thanks for the report! And I'll agree, a day without hardheads is a good day! _________________ Great captains, the stuff of legend, are made not by what they have caught, but by what they have given back. |
