Well, not exactly.......

Once Access Rd. 6 got opened again today, this was the view a couple miles south of Bob Hall (......RIP Crying or Very sad ). Looks like the northern reaches of Little Shell, and this went on for a couple of miles!

I don't comb the beach much but did it erode some of the dunes? I wonder if it exposed any artifacts or points.

Speaking of migrations...

Ray: Of course you forget, Peter. I was present at an undersea, unexplained mass sponge migration.

Venkman: Ray, the sponges migrated about a foot-and-a-half.

Indeed, especially the areas with heavy railroad vines. But, the good news is, green vegetation can be spotted all along the vertical dune face, and the winds have kinda replenished the foreshadow dunes (save for what was lost to Coastal Flooding by Beta). It's just nice having a wide beach again!

Those guts were incredibly deep yesterday south of Bob Hall I barely could get out far enough to catch finger mullet in the net and I'm tall.

Nah..... Enough grease, and they make for excellent smoke!
Been using pumice over my gas grill flames for years! It's free, and I get to beach-comb. What could be wrong with that? (plus, I'm an excellent cook!!!!).... Cool
