I think this is the best news I've heard all summer. LOL
'Laura' went to Invest 98 because 97 is still not officially developed. Laura is going to keep well east of us, probably hit somewhere around the AL/MS state line. Invest 97 is still iffy but they expect it to be a named storm by today - looking like Houston area or further east thanks to a high pressure system sucking it away from us. We still might see some surge though. _________________ All things will pass. Have a Blessed day. |

Fishing firther south Port Isabel has been good also. Just got back from there for a few days. Early morning best once it warms up even redfish drop off into deeper water. Found most with side scan on Simrad. They also thumpin down here a way of fishin ballyhoo or cut bally hood for reds n trout. Most of my action was on topwaters early maybe croaker if i had to stay past 9am. Were usually limiting out early unless u wanted to chase redsgodbless have fun _________________ Long time avid fisherman rod builder. |
