A second mega-ribbonfish just got submitted for a State record?!

This one came from Packery, and was landed yesterday. 46 1/2 inches, 3 lbs 11 oz. Not sure of the specifics of the one that was featured here last Friday, but "What in the H#LL is Going On"?!!
