| We have a condo rental on Airbnb https://abnb.me/LEUpsZFIBX for short term rental. The condo rents for $109/nt, is located on a canal with its own boat slip and a ramp is about a block away. It is a 1 Br and will sleep 2-4 people, we do allow pets with a deposit. The condo has been recently remodeled. We just opened Sept/Oct, so lots of dates available. Also, if anyone is interested in a 6 month lease private message me and I will get you the details. |

Looks nice. My mom prefers beachfront but price is reasonable enough for location and amenities. I've shared with her. J/C - I am assuming you own that unit. What's the cost plus HOA fees? She and I have been looking at joint projects like this where she's be the primary owner but I would be "live-in" manager instead of renting out (since I'm here already). _________________ All things will pass. | Yes, we own the unit and we bought it about 10 years ago. The costs have changed dramatically since then, they are going for about 125k these days. My wife handles the condo stuff, I don't even know what the HOA fees are but you typically get what you pay for just depends what the particular HOA covers. I feel the rate is very reasonable, you can pay way more than that at Motel 6 in the Summer. |
