Pulled my boat out of the water today to take it over to Waypoint to have annual service done on it and I was about block away from the house and back left wheel fell off. Luckily I was able to get her off to the side of the road. Called boat US who sent a wrecker out and take it over to Waypoint Marine but they said that the trailer is beyond what they can do for repairs. They want to try to order a brand new aluminum one but I don't need one like that. A guy from Charlie's trailers is going to be by in the morning to look at it to see if it's repairable. Anybody have a trailer for sale for an 18 foot Semi V boat. I'm kind of hung up in the air right now.

I have one laying around you could have, but it needs work too...the frame is great, as well as the bunks, but likely needs new axles and springs...no license plates or title....might be a little much for you at this point...you're welcome to check it out...

Had a wrecker take it over to Waypoint. Charlie's trailers is going to come look at it tomorrow see if it's worth fixing. In the meantime I borrowed another friends trailer to transfer my boat onto so they can work on it. What a hell of a day

There is a guy on 2cool that has a aluminum tandem axle sportsman for 2k Has title and lights work but may be a bit big as it has a 22ft boat on it Also
Says it may need some bunk and bracket work to be tip top But it looks good in the pics

Hey Tom, why don't you just rebuild the trailer yourself. Sounds like it just needs a axle, springs and a little TLC.

just make sure the serial number on the trailer and license receipt are the same.

I called Charlie trailers today and they said it's repairable. Boat is still on a trailer at Waypoint and they have to get a a hoist to take it off tomorrow. I'm going to then have a wrecker take the trailer over to Charlie's.
