First of all did a quick trip over to packery Jetty today to watch a friend of ours surf. Several Fisher people out at the Jetties using various types of baits and in a hour or so that we were there not one person pulled in even a hard head. My wife dropped me off at the house about 3 and I went out and threw various soft Plastics in Tequila, chartreuse, red, and black. Hardly a bite. For some reason I decided to switch to hot pink and it was Bam Bam Bam fish all over. Made a few drifts in 2 and 1/2 to 3 ft of water and picked up a number of trout all in the size range of this 19 and a half. After the third drift all of a sudden nothing was happening. The winds were really picking up and the Water started getting turned so I put on an electric chicken 3 inch gulp under a popping Cork and Bam Bam Bam fish again. Fished the west side of islands to be blocked from the wind. Released a limit Plus
