Wanted to beat the front this am and run the dogs on the beach, and came across this beauty at the base of the dunes.
Luckily the dogs were occupied with birds at the waters edge! Don't think either of them would know to avoid this.



Just a reminder to be careful out there, it's still untamed on the Island! (As it ought to be Cool )

Cool pic CS. Took a drive from Bob Hall to pins and all the loose sand is blown into the Gulf. It was hard packed all the way

Aren't those things supposed to be hibernating this time of year?
