Since its difficult at best to get answers to questions posted on the webcam account, I will post here , there , everywhere until I do. There are two pictures here of how the web came works- worked .

Here is as good as it gets - today, after we start being charged.

Here is what it was - before we started being charged. This is what I want - if you cant do this, please answer my f email about how to cancel my service. Today.

Webcam failures .... those of us that like to browse on webcams are pretty much out of luck these days. The PINS webcam is not a good image IMO and the BHP cam isn't as good as it used to be.

I never really heard what happened to the city Whitecap cam And the Dunes Condo cam is gone. I guess it got wiped out by Harvey. Now the Seagull cam won't come up.

I understand technical issues to some degree, in my line of work, i cause them sometimes. But to have what was a good service - degrade - after we are asked to ante up, nope.

The sun is right into the camera on that early morning shot. I bet it is clearer at a different time of day.

Just a heads up - got an email from these people (http://texassurfreports.com/) that my credit card had been declined, the same credit card that has considerable open on it, and had been used a couple of times around the time they say they tried to process it. They sent me the link to update the credit card, something I had asked for twice before, because I want to use a different credit card on it, no answer, no anything from them.

I went to put in a different credit card - and on hitting submit, the return message says - this customer does not exist - and listed a gobbedly gook - bunch of characters, as I guess , my name or possibly user ID.

I have emailed them - through their system several times - and have had no response whats so ever from them. I like their product, but dont understand their business model.
