Spring break was some fantastic night fishing for me for trouts. Every night from Wednesday to Friday after 8 pm the trout fishing was on point. Over my trip I had bought about 80ish shrimps (shared between two people) I got at least 50ish 7 keepers >.< only. All the fishing was done with free lined or popping cork and I was at cosway. I still wonder how good red dot is but I love my spot and no one else seems to like fishing in that spot so more schoolies for me Very Happy. Here are some fish pics and we hit the jetties too and caught some sheepers at port A jetties.

So survey news
I went around to multiple pier locations to see the conditions they might be in for those of us who are non boaters or looking for new locations. I wanted to save some trouble for you guys so I went to investigate. Over time i will report more locations and provide pictures.

Basically Rock port doesn't have any piers that are functioning that I can see.

Goose island pier is also closed till unforeseen time which I was told by the park rangers.

The park was amazing and the weather was fantastic too.

Over time I will post more piers and locations that are good fishing or out of service to the public. You might not be able to use the piers but some of these locations are still available to fish.
