Headed out at daylight, ran south and tried a flat off ICW, light wind, overcast, water fairly clear, couple dinks and one missed good blowup. Moved over to KRS, stopped around middle of gut and started drift. Sun started peeking out and we began seeing fish milling around. Groups of drum 3 or 4 to 10-20, keeper to big, and a few reds.We also saw some trout idling along the surface too. Started getting hits when we got to west edge of gut, a few dinks but some keeper to good solid trout. Every time we went back out to deeper water the drum were there, a LOT of them Got one 28" to take a spoon, didn't think he'd ever wear out.
