| Watching four kayakers paddling in from the far rigs. A rig boat escorted them in close and there is a Kleberg county constable sitting by their truck. He's been here over an hour. |

I was thinking medical, it's hot as heck out here. But no USCG or ambulance.
They beached a few minutes ago and are walking around fine. Deputy isn't moving.
The rig boat is close enough, about a mile offshore. Josephine K Miller.

Don't have any findings. When I figured out they were ok and I did not have to paddle out to them I left.
