Mary and I are going to have the pleasure of babysitting our 9 month old great grandson this afternoon, so I had a couple hours to kill this morning.
Got to my 2 minute hh and a boat was anchored there drowning perch. I started a drift east of them and on the 3rd cast I hooked into a feisty 26.5" red.

Two casts later I pull in this 19" trout.

Caught, and released, 7 trout, the last one going 20" and the one red. Time to shower so that Jackson doesn't think that great grandpas smell fishy.lol
