Headed down PINS today water was dirty until about the 15 after that it started to clear and continued to get better the further you went. Stopped around the 25 blue/green was just over the second bar, lots of bait present unfortunately not to many fish. Only managed a small black tip. Driving was good on low tide only a few soft spots on high tide. Hopefully someone else out there found the fish.
