At my house ....yesterday 4.50 last night after midnight 6.48 for a total of 10.98 inches. my 5inch gauge was over flowing so last nights is from my electronic gauge which is normally a point or 2 with the standing rain gauge. The water in the Oso is almost over the old train bridge. Lots of fresh water. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

I had 4.25 during the day when I dumped it out at 4:30 yesterday afternoon and when I got up this morning I thought gee it doesn't look like it has anything in with no obvious topping off point in my center one inch measure column. On closer inspection it was completely full. When it was all done I had 10.18 inches so not quite 14.5 inches in less than 24hrs. Wow! _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

Lets hope all the run off doesn't result in a brown tide. Lots of crops have been planted lots of fertilizer, butttttt.... alot of the rain was coastal maybe that will help. The bays are extremely high, after all this goes out I'm looking for some good fishing we are also on the backside of the full moon. Maybe Speckled Trout can give a better outlook than me.....i learn alot from him. He like a walking fishing farmers almanac. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED.

I am off of Saratoga and Cimmaron. I had lots of grackles and white wing doves on my porch eating earthworms by the dozens that had vacated the dirt due to high water. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

So what constitutes, "scientifically", as A LOT !!!!
If I had a house in the new subdivision off Glenoak, I'd be on the phone with the builder saying, "YOU GOT SOME 'SPLAINING TO DO, LUCY"!!!!!!!!
That was impressive this morning. Glad I own a Jeep. |

lets not answer that until the skeeters and snakes come out. And you will be mowing your grass every week for the next month. Guaranteed.... _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

One thing I know is the extra fresh water stays on top of the salt forcing the trout down deeper. In really shallow areas you can forget about catching any trout. Reds don't mind it though.

Was in the Laguna (Nighthawk, KRS, Bird Island) on Friday and convinced we had brown tide again, it was ugly at all of the above. North of JFK looked slightly better which is what usually happens... I'll be heading to AP area tomorrow morning though to get away from it. Fingers crossed |
