Drove by today near packery channel jetties and as one would expect, large brown waves. A real mess. Does anyone have an estimation of the amount of days/weeks it will take the surf to return to normal (trout green/blue)? _________________ Be Good and Good Luck |

I am not local and I am no expert but on past trips to PINS I have seen it turn pretty quickly after storms blow through and wind dies down. Hopefully it will get better before I get there on Saturday
I am a little more well versed on what habits in the outer banks section of NC due to going there for over 30 years and that part of the Atlantic can completely change characteristic in 24hrs, included 10 degree temperature swings |

Offshore forecast looks jacked up through Tuesday night. Looks like it may come down a little Monday, but it's gnarly out there right now. _________________ I'd rather be fishing |
