I have fished the South Pack Jetty 4 times this week & the fishing has worsened each day. On Wednesday October 14th I caught my limit of King Fish in two hours, along with some Spanich Macks. Then last Sunday, the redfish were plentiful for around 3 hours. But since then, the fishing has really suffered. The mullet are quite large, and other than a whole lot of anglers with high hopes, there hasn't been any action at the Packery Jetties this week. I have also noticed that the mullet when caught, don't live very long in the bait bucket, even with an aerator.

You may ask, why have you fished 4 times this week if the fish aren't biting? All I can say is this: Having fought the 48 inch Kingfish for about 15 minutes last Wednesday, the Adrenaline Rush was so sweet, I really want to experience it again, and soon.
