| I went by BHP late yesterday and I thought it looked pretty good. The water was almost in the parking lot though so I imagine driving the beach is almost impossible at points. I could not smell anything except normal beach. |

| PINS is still covered, but BHP and points North it's clear, and a friend even caught kings, smacks and pomps at the rigs Saturday. |

According to their latest reports, the water is still testing well over the lethal limit for fish from the pavement all the way down past the jetties. |

I am hoping for the best but red tide has a way of reappearing in a crazy short period of time.
That high water may have pushed most of those dead fish and hardhead spines close to the dunes. THAT would be a blessing! _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

I've been seeing that as well. The water at Cole Park is maroon color. I went down this morning and detected no aerosol and no dead fish. There is a bit of froth growing right now against the sea wall, though. There were trout this morning, caught 7 on top waters off the short pier. _________________
