Tried to search the info online with no luck. How far offshore does the red tide go. Been wanting to take my boat out but don't want to chance a very bad experience. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to check the local coastal newspaper reports about the issue of redtide but barely can find anything.... |

It shouldn't be too far offshore as I have seen some party boat catches out of Port Aransas that did quite well.
