I wanted to give a shout out to Roy's !

I recently took in two reels for cleaning and repair, an Avet, and a Spinfisher. Both were done well ahead of the due date.

Today, I picked up two rods, taken in for replacement eyes. The work was fabulous, and due date was Sept 11th !

I try to imagine how many reels and rods they repair in a calender mont.

I just had a rod repaired at Roy's recently as well. I got a call almost a week earlier than they stated it would be done. You know, so often we complain about bad service, so it is nice to give a shout out when the service is good. Now I need to go back in there and pick up a Penn Squall I have my eye on.

Bought both my Jackson kayaks from them... the service is great....
