where to start, lol...thursday morning my son goes down with my bro in law and all day just keep thinking what there catching killing me to knw whats going on. finally get off wrk and haul butt down there. get there at 11:30 have a few beers with my bro in law. get up at 5am hit clems get 3 dozen croaker and hit my wade spot. nothing for the first 45min! then a 17inch trout, then nothing again, by this time getting a worried so as i putting in a dip of snuff BAM!!!! get nailed thinking red....... get it where i can see and holy cow a 24 1/2 inch trout!! finally get it on the stringer. so pumped. then after that three croaker three keeper trout limit out and at my truck at 9:45.sat morning take the wifey with me get a 6am start. finally throwing lines in. bam the wifey gets slam nice fat 18inch trout. she gets her limit and i only get 2!! lol, she hasnt been wade fishing in a long time! and man did i pay for it. dip the reel in the water while taking a trout off. for got to close the bait bucket and lose a handful of croaker!! but still had a awesome time with her!!!! sunday was game on!! get up and its me my son and my bro in law captain phil!! we get 9dozen croaker and were launching at bird island! we get to one of his honey holes and its a steady bite. we need only 3 more for a limit. get to the next spot, and after a bit my bro in law gets a hell of a run and bam he on.. get it to the boat and its a fat pig! tells me to get the net, and i almost lost it!! thank god i didnt! we get it in the boat and its a 28inch trout! were all pumped at that point. i get a run and bam set the hook. its fish on it get a lil close and i see white.... i look at my bro in law and we both say monster trout! ...... we get it closer and its a nice red. my son grabs the net and red in the box! son get a nice 18inch trout! still needing one more trout, phil gets a good run and bam solid 25inch trout! were off the water by 12, get to clems clean fish and put down some cold ones....... telling my wife ive have a great fathers day and she said i have something for you....so i thinking what can it be??? and wouldnt you knw she and the kiddos get a avet!!!! thes best fathers day ever!! next day is the last day so we hit the water one last time and the fishing wasnt as good as sunday but i got to fish with my son and lil princess and she loving getting bait and and reeling in fish! we end up with 12 solid trout! and then its all over!!! sorry for the late post but i hope all the fathers had a good fathers day! will try to figure out how to post these pics!!!!![img][/img][img][/img]

Sounds awesome man. I could feel the excitement in the post. Also now I know if the fish aren't biting all I need is a big fat pinch and it's game on! Happy belated fathers day brother.
