Does Roys keep replacement parts on hand or do they have to order in? I have a pair of Quantum baitcasters that need new bearings and a few other minor things due to suffering some unfortunate neglect.

Cheers!

Ya they keep a lot of parts in stock and like ziacatcher said if they don't have it they will order it for you asap. I am constantly breaking crap on the beach and they usually have the part for me within a week or two. It's great for me cause I don't have to deal with part numbers. I tell/show them whats broken and they order it for me. Hope this helps!

Good to know. Ordering parts is easy enough through the Quantum and they have always treated me well but I would like to get the parts in hand sooner if possible. I will bring a list of part numbers I need when I stop by on Thursday to regear for the new year of fishing. If they don't have anything the reels will last a few more trips until the mail comes!

Thanks guys!
