| different guy. I think Roy's owns the building but they're leasing it out. I talked to him the other day. They're going to carry hoyt and elite, and should be opening in a week or two. |

that is a constant in this city... permit delays, refusal to make any deals for substantial business to come to town. Glad he's opening though. |
