If memory serves me right, Packery is the old fish packing house down at the docks. A filthy place that employs all manner of despicable men when they aren't at sea. Pirates, if I may. Whatever you do, don't trust the one legged man named Silver. As for fish, you won't find none of that unless you are a tin can and you can lay to that, Silver would say.
