| Last few times I've been to Academy or BPS I've come across these specific use rods, and I really like a few. So I bought a Shimano Sellus 7'2 MH worm and jig, and it works great with any lure I put on there. With lures the rod is not limited to just one, but can these rods be used with a Carolina Rig with an egg sinker? Or will that cause unwanted wear and tear? |

I think you'll be fine dude, shouldn't mess it up at all. Good luck! _________________ "I never had an Easter, but I've always had a bunch of speakers" - Beardo |

| It's good! Fish it a while and give us a evaluation. I'm looking for a rod. |

It will work fine just don't use heavy heavy weights. _________________
