My Fin Nor has a unique call when a kingfish attacks the bait and runs to the abyss. It's a sound that means break time is over and the fun is just beginning...
The video is only a minute, it's a composition of screaming runs put on by fish in a vain attempt to escape with free baits. My little Avet got plenty of action as well, but it's singing voice is much more polite and muted. Fin Nors don't sing politely, they scream ...and it's lovely.

| There's no getting around the weight, but mine does everything I ask of it, and seems nearly unaffected by saltwater as long as it gets a shower after each trip. |

Tyler, nothing wrong with weight in a spinner, as you say. At least that means that it has an all metal body and will hold up to the loads of big fish!
My Quantum Cabo 60 is weighty too, and I wouldn't call the drag sound a scream. Far from it! The carbon/ceramic drag is so freaking butter smooth that I would call it more a ZIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG than a scream.
Prof. S, thanks as always for reminding me why living in Arkansas SUCKS!!! Whatever sound one's reel makes when a nice fish heads for another hemisphere, the sound is truly one of life's most joyful moments!!! _________________ Dave

Beauty sound. I troll with Senator 4/0's, and while they do not scream like the Fin Nor, they are loud. Pulling line to tie on a bait will turn heads every time . Thank you for sharing the video. Screaming drag is one of the wonderful parts of fishing for sure. |
