ok fellas. young salt here. you fellas with the experience please reply with answers. noaa shows bouy just off shore. sea water temp two days ago was 82 deg. today it is 79 deg. the water at bob hall feels a might colder. I also looked at map on underground for gulf water temps. shows coastline from mexico almost to poc very cold at beach front. whats the deal. cold water upwelling????? what is it. how long will it last. and why now. just now fishable since the grass storm of hell is over.
