We like to make candied jalapeno slices. Get a jar of sliced jalapenos. Pour out all of the liquid and fill the jar with sugar. Back in the fridge for a few days. Hot and sweet, great on sandwiches.

Man those are good!!! They are great on cream cheese with crackers too! Very Happy
