Welp came down last week didn't get the lines in the water near as much as i wanted, we spent some time on the beach watched the craziness that is spring break. First time experience for us haha we were all kinda shocked! But it was a great time down at Port A, already talking about coming back! Caught some hardheads and some other kind of fish i could not tell what it was, it was smaller, just whiteish color, had a downturning mouth and a little bit of sharpness in it! But caught plenty of those some from jetty some just off the beach! Used frozen squid and shrimp.

Did get to go all the way out on the jetty saw some awesome dolphins jumping around everywhere and a couple guys with some big freaking Reds lol

Either way it was a fun time! Cant wait to come back and maybe get a few more hours of fishing!!

Yup, Whiting are real good eating fish. Actually a big favorite of many.
