happens to be one of little mans favorite shows Wink

Went out to take the yak on my first solo trip on march 11. Upon approaching the island we see smoke, or what we thought was smoke. Turns out it was sea fog. Went down to the packery (across from the island sign) and attempted to put in and paddle around. I was able to paddle around for about 20 minutes before it got to be too bad. The mr wanted to fish and caught 1 hardhead and nothing more. I came back and little man decided he wanted to ride in the boat. Since this was suppose to be a mommy only trip so I didn't bring his life jacket, we did however stay in "just kayak floatable" water which was ankle deep at most. Little man had a blast paddling like crazy. While dragging him around my shoe got stuck and off it went and off my foot went into an oyster bed which ended little mans fun with mom. Beached the boat and hobbled off to doctor my toe so dad took over.

my truck is somewhere in there

Yes, that's really cool, but I don't see a life jacket...... Am I missing something?
