Shrimp burgers

Three slices of Bread
1 Pound peeled, deveined shrimp
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tablespoons butter

In a food processor turn the fresh sandwich bread slices into bread crumbs, remove to a bowl. Add the shrimp to the food processor and blend until smooth. Add the shrimp to the bread crumbs, mix in the mayo and seasonings. Divide the mixture roughly into 4ths.

In a non-stick skillet add the butter and melt. Using a spatula, scoop out the shrimp mixture and add to hot butter. Use the spatula to form the patties. Cook until golden brown. Serve with tarter or cocktail sauce.

I like to buy the shrimp already peeled and deveined. I go to the freezer case in the HEB seafood section where they have Texas Bay brand frozen shrimp. The seasoning is where you can vary the ingredients to your taste. Tarragon would work
