| Does anyone recommend the Wednesday 12hr trips with Deepsea Headquarters? Pretty much just target vermillion snapper this time of year im guessing? |

Yes and maybe some grouper and AJ in the same water then probably sharpnose sharks or kings.
If there are shrimp boats out deep then they can go after blackfin tuna etc. but that bite has been slow for a long time.

| We use to hammer the blackfin on the wednesday12 hour. Been a long time though. The best time is further into winter when nobody wants to go. As long as they can get at least 10 then they will go. Less people equals more fish for you. The days with 40 people on the boat are less enjoyable IMO. Another option is to get 10 guys together and spend 200 bucks a piece to reserve the boat for yourselves. We did that once and came back with 99 blackfin. |
