Great day Thursday fishing San Antonio bay. Hit three reefs with croaker and caught 12 trout and one 34" red. That was my biggest red on light tackle. Trout were very aggressive no tap and wait it was grab n go!

Tons of gaftop, had to move twice just to get away from them.

If conditions allow to fish the open bay reefs the fishing can be great. Usually not a great spot for big trout but it can be fast pace when the bite is on. Usually fish the reefs in winter and do well. First time I fished them with croaker.
