I have a friend who is running a 70 hp Yamahammer 2 stroke on his 13'-6" Dargel Skooter and he is having hell getting it propped right. He has had all kind of input and several props and none work well. I say he needs a 13"dia x 15pitch 3 blade with a little cup. He has everything but. He either gets a hell of a hole shot and no top end or slow hole shot and decent top end.
He would like to get about 30mph at 5000 rpms. He had a 60 hp Suzuki 4 stroke and it did as good a this 70 Yamaha. I say he is hull limited.
Input please from all you 'sperienced boaters out there!

| what helped mine a TON was the nauticus auto trim tab with the hydraulic actuator.. |
