came up on this boat yesterday afternoon on the way back from the landcut! Hope noone was hurt. I'm sure this morning's storm moved it to the south/southeast shore... Anybody know anything?

That boat is pretty new...I was at the shop when they were spraying the splatter paint on it...I remember the guy who owns it, but don't recall his name...that sucks...hope everyone was ok...

Hope everyone's all right! The storm that blew through was pretty bad, but I didn't think it was bad enough to tip a bay boat. Weird, I'm curious about the story behind this one...

Trouble can flare up in a hurry. Hope the driver was wearing the kill switch, and, ditto all on board faired well.

Hope everyone made it okay.

Usually it's not too bad in the ditch around Rocky Slough. Now down by Penniscal it is a mix master not to mention crossing the mouth of Baffin.

I was at the cabin this weekend. Friday night we had coast guard choppers all over us. Saturday around noon we noticed the Mosca boat. Text to a game warden buddy, and he stated all had been rescued, but there was a broken neck to one of the passengers. They salvaged the boat Saturday afternoon, and hauled it to port.

Horrible news about the accident and injury. I'm guessing, lots of speed and something else. Sad

I heard the guy with the broken neck is in bad shape. But he injured himself diving off a pier. Either way that stinks for everyone.

Yea the guy with the broken neck had nothing to do with the boat flipping incident. We were pulling up to the cabin where the broken neck happened, the man dove in and floated to the top, two of my friends jumped in and drug him out and into on of those guys boats he was with. It was a bad way to start a trip. I didn't know any of these guys, they were friends of a friend, but I hope the injured man is doing better, it didn't look too good. The Coast Guard did the whole, drop the basket rescue, it was pretty crazy. This incident really made us realize that we all get a little wild sometimes, but always remember how quick you can get hurt out there if you don't watch yourself, and how far from help you really are.
