Netted some finger mullets and headed out to Fish pass around noon. Waves were waist high and the water clarity was pretty good. Got a smack slam right away and landed a 26". My kid was using peeled shrimp and grabbed a bunch of whitings. Got 2 more 25 inch smacks. Quite a show going on with Smacks slamming off the wave breaks and pelicans lined up in rows to grab the leftovers. No reds but all in all a good way to spend Easter.

nice report! those are some big smacks. sounds like you and the boy had a great time. Happy Easter

I would say "nice smacks", but I cannot see the pictures... Very Happy

Used to fish those jetties alot with my parents when I lived in San Antonio.
