I have a gun display cabinet for sale- $400 OBO. I will post pics later or I can text you pics easier just let me know. This cabinet is custom made by a cabinet maker and is in excellent condition. I have the keys to all the locks. The cabinet displays 12 long guns behind sliding glass and storage below that is behind two solid wood doors. There is NO particle board in this cabinet. Text me if you are interested- 3612905774

Wish you would have posted this a few weeks ago. My son was wanting one for Christmas but all I could find was steel safes. I don't think ones like yours are too common anymore. Where are you located? I will discuss with the wife but she is probably not in the spending mood anymore with Christmas just over. Nice looking cabinet.

Don't take this wrong but, only way I would purchase a glass door display is:

1. I had a store and was selling guns.
2. I had a vault big enough to house the case.

In this climate, securing your guns is not only wise, it is likely the only way to ensure they aren't used improperly.

Just thinking outloud here. That and nobody else has said it yet.

That is one reason I am tryin to move it on. I hope someone in a store sees it or someone who likes to just display their guns. I enherrited it and it is in very good condition. Somone out there will be able to use it.

SaltyCuda said what I have been thinking ever since I first saw you post it up. In today's world, it's going to be awlfully hard to sell a gun display case like this . . . as you have seen. You might post it on Craig's list in another part of the country and get better response. Good luck. It's a beautiful case, just not something that most folks would use today.

It sounds like y'all are tired of looking at it- ha. On a serious note thanks for the input- I kind of feel the same way about it but was hoping someone out there would have a use for it. I will advertise it farther north or just hang on to it for nastalgia.

Find a forum with a lot of Winter Texans on it and advertise there. They are always looking for stuff to buy to take back up to sell for more money.

I inherited one also. Not a practical as they were back in the day.

On mine, I took out the middle gun support, covered the bottom support and installed 2 runner strips on each side for shelf clips. Pop in 4-5 glass shelves and put a light in the top. Makes a great crystal/china cabinet display case. Or for perhaps collector plates or other collectables. Just a thought.
