I'm setting up my home office and need the below items. I would love to help someone get rid of space-stealing furniture that never gets used and hopefully save a few bucks in the process.

-Desk Chair
-Bookcase
-Table for activities (Maybe a 4' x 2.5' top or something in that basic size range)
-Small stand for a printer/scanner/fax combo (I haven't bought the printer/scanner yet, but I need a good one, so if someone has a good one they don't need that would be awesome!)
-File Cabinet

I dont want particle board because I'm too rough on furniture, and want it to last. But, I would love to avoid paying full price if I can. I went into office depot the other day and the damn desk chairs were all over $100.00 with most being over $200.00! I'd use a dining room chair before forking over that money. Thanks yall!

TPWD had a outlet store on east side of Austin, heard of people getting file cabinets for 10 @ lots of furniture also. Good luck.

I have a very nice (not particle board) oak credenza w/ 2 file drawers about 6' long @ a price you can't refuse- 0$ !
Catch is- its in Austin but if you don't have any reason to make the trip I will bring it on my next trip.
A door on top of 2 filing cabinets makes a servicable desk.
If there is a Habitat for Humanity resale store there you can get used/ surplus cabinets and 2 uppers stacked make a bookcase.
I may have some extra formica tops around, too.
