Slow time of year, so I figured I'd pass along a story I came across today. It is tangential to the Texas regs "where a fish is landed" argument, but close enough to make me smile.

Seems one of the crew from a different state didn't have the proper license where they landed what would have been a nice $$$ payout in a Billfish Tournament, and they got burnt!! Embarassed
