We rent a 12x30 next to Martha Vineyard MHP. $119/month. Concrete floors. Roof doesn't leak. Overhead door. Metal shed. Locked entrance gate with keyed entry.

Aransas Boat Storage on the road between Ingleside and AP. They are new, well run, gated, security cams and managing couple live on site.

Best part is a wash down pad to clean the boat.

I am also looking for a boat storage - covered - the same area.

Anyone see anything for less than 100/month?

I had a good experience for long term boat storage at Storage Plus company that provide storage in Surry hills. No only storage, but they also provided me with pre-storage services at little additional cost.

One thing we have learned is that the words boat and affordable seldom go together. That being said, we use the storage barns in the bluff next to south texas trolling motors. We just changed boat barn size so I couldn't tell you a price. It's right on SPID. Never had anyone give us trouble over the past 12 years. We have had two boats there. And a bonus is the owner builds some badass rods for a damn good price.

Jim's boat barn right off freeway in the bluff is affordable. I can't say much about security.

Called there a week ago and they were full.
