A light breeze this morning not as calm as yesterday morning. Should be great for drifting. It's warm enough for shorts this morning and there is a moderate amount of dew on everything. Good luck on the lagoon today. Very Happy

We fish closed together this morning.....real good bite. Looking foward to hearing from them. We ended up with a limit of trout and two limits of drum, also released two oversize drum. Back at the dock at 10:30a.

there are a bunch of 14 1/2" trout out there.......

trying to post up a report ....photobucket is not helping. We caught alot of fish, trout ,reds, flounder, drum,. I'll get some pics up soon. We ended up with 6 drum, 2 reds, 2 flounder, and 8 trout, 2 of of the trout were good ones 1 went 4 1/4, and the other went 3 1/4. Photobucket is pissing me off right now. grrrrrrrr! Atleast I got them on facebook....

Yes it was however it was the biggest one. He is going to start working out at the gym for future drum fights. Very Happy

Thanks Tyler for posting the pics. Folks the guy with the trout is navytexan a local sailor stationed at NAS Corpus Christi he nailed this 4 1/4 lb trout on a plastic. All fish fish were caught on plastics or gulps it didn't seem to make a difference to the fish. The drum were full of periwinkles and small crabs they were fat with no worms just clean fillets.It was a fun day on the water the crew was awesome.
