Bob Hall was a bust for me last night, we got there at around 8 and casted some shrimp out in the surf for a bit and couldn't get any whiting and were just getting hard heads so we decided to go to our spot and try to catch bait there, caught a bunch of Piggys and cut them up and threw them out off of the right side of the T and we sat and waited and didn't even get hit a single time so we decided to pack it up, call it a bust and head home. ill try again Friday night and see what we can do.
If any one was out there today/ tonight let me know how its going.

I tried a little north of the SPJ today, lots of whiting in the second gut, but none in the first gut (odd)!! Introduced a nice guy to fish bites in a white truck (hope he caught some as that's what he was targeting). As for me, cut mullet, live mullet, dead mullet, fish bites all caught whiting (still better than hardhead). Better luck next time friend, it just seemed slow today. _________________ Stinger-A |

I was there thursday and could not keep small sharks (around 3 feet) off the hook. It kept us entertained for a few hours. _________________ Great captains, the stuff of legend, are made not by what they have caught, but by what they have given back. |
