Went down about 1.5 miles or so, bait was nowhere to be found and even the whiting were hard to find on fishbites/shrimp. Still managed my personal best shark Black Tip I believe? Came in at 3feet (first time ever fishing with a long rod). Brought in another one that was a bit smaller, and a nice blueshish. All were realeased and swam out strong. Weed was a pain but the driving was real easy and virtually no wind. I'll be working all weekend so I have no clue when I'll be able to make it out again.
